Helpful Video Resources
When I’m visiting with a new parent, their learning style will dictate how I proceed with the appointment. Sometimes mamas are very hands-on and want me to show them how something works. Other times, just using words and text descriptions clicks for them. Often, in our tired new parent stupor, we need to actually SEE how a breastfeeding or swaddling or carrying technique works.
So in order to help my current and future clients, I’ve created a list of some of my favorite video resources for breastfeeding and newborn care. I’ll add to these as needed and requested by my lactation clients.

Top Tips for Your Baby’s RSV Hospital Stay

We purchase sleep courses and fancy (read: expensive) sound machines. And I’m not here to condemn you because I, too, own many products to try to optimize sleep and feeding and life.
But as I mentioned at the start, I have the gift of perspective and time with this second baby. And I’m realizing more and more that we cannot optimize them and we cannot optimize being mothers.
